Guest: Dmitrij Vlasik, Russian/Canadian percussionist

Dmitrij Vlasik is a percussionist, composer, and promoter of contemporary art. He studied at the Moscow Conservatory, as well as in Canada and France. He regularly performs solo programs and performances around the world.

Program:

The lecture will include a presentation of experience in mastering complex rhythms and temporal interactions in music of various genres, as well as a demonstration of the capabilities of several percussion instruments.
