Anniversary concert of KUD „Ilija Kišić"
Members of the Cultural-Artistic Society „Ilija Kišić" will hold a concert to mark 90 years of the society’s existence.
Time and place: Friday, June 19, 8:30 PM, Kanli kula
The concert will be an opportunity for members of the society to share with fellow citizens and guests the folk heritage that the society preserves and passes on to younger generations. The society was founded in 1936 in the hinterland of the Herceg Novi villages under the name „Polet", and was later renamed KUD „Ilija Kišić" - Zelenika. It currently has about 200 members of different ages who cultivate folk dance, song, and customs.
