24th International Book Fair "Trg od knjige" takes place in Herceg Novi from 21 to 28 July 2026 on Trg Belavista.
Organizers: Sekretarijat za kulturu i obrazovanje Opštine Herceg Novi and JU Gradska biblioteka i čitaonica Herceg Novi. Patron: Opština Herceg Novi.
Fair motto: "O sklopi usne, ne govori, ćuti, ostavi misli nek se bujno roje" (Milan Rakić).
Over eight evenings, visitors can enjoy a varied programme including book promotions, meetings with authors, music-poetry evenings and children's programmes. Traditional awards are presented:
More than thirty publishers from Montenegro and the region take part in the sales and exhibition section, including the Bokeljsko izdavaštvo stand.

Tuesday, 21 July, 21:00 — Opening: welcome address by Stevan Katić; speech by Milosav Tešić; presentation of the book "Sa Avale pogled" (Milosav Tešić); music-poetry evening with Ivan Bosiljčić and band.
Wednesday, 22 July, 21:00 — "Tesla: svetlost senke" (Zorica Tomić); presentation of Arhiv Vojvodine editions - works of Dragoš Kalajić; presentation of publishing activities of Arhiv Kosova i Metohije.
Thursday, 23 July, 21:00 — "Autobiografija protosinđela Kirila Cvjetkovića i njegovo stradanje za pravoslavlje"; "Književni svijet Borisava Stankovića" marking 150 years since the writer's birth.
Friday, 24 July, 21:00 — "Karota" by Darko Tuševljaković (NIN Award); "Petak za ljubav" by Roberta Lepri.
Saturday, 25 July, 20:30 — Children's programmes: "Aska i vuk" (Ivo Andrić, illustrated by Ana Grigorjev); children's play "Lijepi Čarli Superstar" (Pozorište mladih Tuzle).
Sunday, 26 July, 21:00 — "Razgovori s vješticom" (Vladimir Vujović); "Dug je put do zore" (Nikola Marković).
Monday, 27 July, 21:00 — "Most preko vremena" (Petar Popović); "Koko Šanel: tajanstveni parfem" (Izabel Fimejer).
Tuesday, 28 July, 21:00 — "Branka Petrić: sidro i pesak" (edited by Tatjana Nježić); awarding of plaques.
Fair hours: 19:00 - 24:00.
Admission: free for all programmes and the sales section.
Note: The organizer reserves the right to change the programme. In case of rain, programmes will be held at Galerija Josip Bepo Benković.
