Premiere reading of the play “Musorny paket” takes place on October 17 at the Cultural Center. The play is read together with its author, playwright Ekaterina Vagner.
The action is set in Moscow in the near future. Artists Yasha and Masha live and work amid war, sanctions, censorship and ever stranger rules. The play is a farce in four acts. Part of what was conceived as farce has already become the “new normal,” as its characters put it.

About the author. Ekaterina Vagner is a playwright and art critic from Moscow who now lives in Herceg Novi. Her plays have been noted at Russian and international competitions and festivals. They have been translated into English, French and Estonian.
