Owls in the World of Harry Potter - Lecture

A lecture exploring the portrayal of owls in the Harry Potter books and films, and how it compares to real owl behaviour.

The lecture will be given by Viktor Slavgorodsky, a zoologist and wildlife photographer who has studied the territorial behaviour of owls, photographed them extensively in their natural habitat, and worked on preparing captive-bred owls for release into the wild.
