Vjekoslav-Vjeko Sager is a multimedia artist and educator. He was born in Herceg Novi, to which he has remained strongly connected, and has lived in Canada since 1994.

He earned a master's degree in painting at the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade and taught the subject Painting Techniques at the painting department, at the rank of Docent, at the same faculty from 1987 to 1994.
