In the ancient Inca Empire, chaskuis were messengers who carried important messages. Only boys were allowed to join the secret society, but 16-year-old Kajara decides to become the first girl chaskui.

Along the way, she will cross steep mountain trails, misty jungles, and snowy peaks. Kajara will discover the mysterious Golden City, defend it from greedy intruders, and save her friends and family.
