The presentation of the photo monograph “Colors of Herceg Novi” will take place on Sunday, July 12 at 8:30 PM at the House of Nobel laureate Ivo Andrić.
The photo monograph offers an aerial view of the city of Herceg Novi, its heritage, iconic places, and atmosphere through the photographs of Vuk Ilić and Miloš Samardžić. The authors used drone photography to present the layers, breadth, and details of the Herceg Novi landscape and cultural setting from a different perspective.
The photographs are organized according to the colors of Herceg Novi days — from the first rays of the sun, through the shades of the different seasons, to the tones of dusk and night lights.
During the evening, it will be possible to:
- talk and socialize with the authors
- view an exhibition of photographs from the publication in the courtyard of the House of the Nobel laureate
- discuss the publication, the power of photography, and contemporary ways of presenting cultural heritage
